Fill a bucket with broken up styrofoam and the rest with gasoline. Let it mix a while, few hours. Pour it into a galss bottle using a funnel, recommendbly something that breaks easily. Avoid champagne bottles.
Use any old cotton clothing items. Tear it into long rags. Soak it in the gasoline and tie a knot in the middle. Then squeeze the knot through the opening of the bottle which you already filled up with the mox before.
You can improve the mixture with motor oil, but i can’t recall the exact ratios for that.
It’s a new heartwarming trend. You should join in as well. All the cool kids are doing it already. Need a simple recipe for a basic cocktail?

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Should I hijack a bike if I intend to return it?English
4·4 days agoStill irrelevant. Talking without the premission of the owner is still stealing. While there are different circumstances under which stealing is more of less forgivable. It’s still stealing and you haven’t provided any good reason for it.

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Should I hijack a bike if I intend to return it?English
7·4 days agoNoup, that’s called stealing. Intending to return it later part is irrelevant and a regular excuse used by thiefs.
If you need to borrow it, then ask from the owner.

Lemmy Shitpost@lemmy.world•it's a matter of motivationEnglish
01·14 days agoThat seems kinda too idealistic view of the world.
I know much more people who, if not directly forced, would let the dishes or basically any environment around them completely mould and break down before even considering cleaning up even just the mess they have left behind, than people who altruistically do clean up after themselves and others.I do agree that living in a cleaner and nicer society should be enough of a motivation and for some it is, but there’s not enough of us.
We can already observe it in many public spaces where trash gets left laying around even if trash cans are available or public bathrooms or showers or my favorite example in the gym where plates get constantly left on the machines and cable attachments just piled up wherever those fell.

While working out of enjoyment instead of necessity is a noble and good goal. There are jobs that no one enjoys. Money can be used as an incentive to motivate people to work on jobs that aren’t that enjoyable, but still necessary.

I doubt it, but personally i did find it to be a really uncomfortable position for a watch and required odd twisting of the arm to see the face of the watch and i constantly hit it on every single surface.
I fixed it by wearing the watch on the inner side of my wrist. Much more comfortable and convenient to check the time.
