Two of those members, Reps. Tony Gonzales (R-Texas) and Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.), quickly resigned. On Tuesday afternoon, Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick (D-Fla.) became the third member of Congress to resign in eight days.

There’s a bunch of orgs fact-checking this and every one I’ve read calls it a lie. Here’s a possible reason the so-called story broke:

But recently I reconnected with some old and dear friends so tried to add them. What a fucking mess that was, and a fucking shit-show FB has become.

I like how some news sources aren’t calling tRump President anymore.
The U.S. delegation last week proposed bringing Starlink satellite internet to the island and allowing free connectivity. It also urged the Cuban regime to make economic changes to attract foreign capital, grow the private sector and transition to a market-based economy.
Here’s the thing tho … if Cuba voluntarily decided to change its whole economy on its own - that’s fine. But for tRump to arbitrarily force it on Cubans is pretty fucked up.
I’m hoping that if the orange asshole starts rattling his sabers that the rest of the world would jump in to protect Cuba’s ability to choose on its own how it wants its country to operate.
But you must always question the hypocrisy that seems rampant in some faiths.
