A new study suggests a surprisingly simple compound could help fight Alzheimer’s disease. Researchers found that arginine—an inexpensive amino acid already considered safe—can reduce the buildup of toxic amyloid proteins in the brain, a hallmark of the disease. In animal models, oral arginine not only lowered harmful protein deposits but also improved behavior and reduced brain inflammation.

Normally it’s too much fiber for me, but there’s a French version stewed in broth that’s amazing. It’s called soupe du journal

I actually take a couple of post-it notes a day for a temporary but quick alternative.

oh no, you don’t want to do that. The adhesive is an anti-nutrient, you see.

Completely neutralises the fibre. You’re better off snacking on some blotting paper.

A simple amino acid called Arginine may help slow Alzheimer’s by blocking toxic protein buildup and reducing brain inflammation.

I have been taking 700mg of L-Arginine for ED and it works well.

It took me a moment to figure out how a supplement would help with an eating disorder (entirely my mistake, because eating disorder is much clunkier without a possessive pronoun beforehand, so that shouldn’t have been my first thought).

      Ooo. 700mg every day?

I got a floppy one too, it’s been annoying me now I’ve actually got a partner. Can wake up for like 30 seconds then it buggers off back to sleep.
