My dog is a bc. He rides with me everywhere but he loves the winter for some reason. That whole back end of my SUV is like a giant play room for him. All toys, some bones, and a small comforter. I am always concerened that one day a person is going to see my Buddy and smash the windows in the car in summer when the air is on. Or winter when a little bit of heat is on. And yes I will say it i am a big pushover for animals.

Not sure about when. However, anyone seeing that the dog is fine os liable for any damage caused. Put up a sign or something to make it obvious that there’s no need to try be a hero today. Any damage caused can only be defended if they were obviously acting to help in an emergency - ignoring signage does not constitute an emergency.

Also, this picture comes to mind:

My mom’s dog loves car rides too, and my previous car used to belong to my parents. The snout marks on the inside of the windows and the fur stuck in the interior never went away, lol.

Yea but do we really know if it’s the dogs favorite music or the owners? That might just matter! The little sumbitch might just want the hell out of there!
