“I’m too lazy to use google or ChatGPT. Please think for me. Also feed me and change my diaper.”

If you encounter something and you don’t know what it is, a search engine should at least be the first place you stop before demanding that a random stranger do your thinking for you. This is a lesson that most people learned 30 years ago.

Before that, most people were, at least, polite enough to go to a local library (or relying on their education) before demanding a stranger do their thinking for them. At least, back then, we had some shame in publicly admitting that we were ignorant. and even more shame in admitting that we were so lazy that we would demand random Internet strangers to do our thinking for us.

And downvote me all you like. You know I’m right. And shame on all of you.

      Counterpoint:

      Source: XKCD

If you consider typing up 3 paragraphs of disparagement a better use of your time than sharing the knowledge with other people, you might want to touch some grass.

If your best counter argument is a cartoon, you’ve proven my point.

This is embarrassing, you need to stop. You are throwing a tantrum on the internet, find something better to do with your day.

You should be embarrassed, because you had to lie about me throwing a tantrum when I made a simple observation and a valid point.

If I was throwing a tantrum, you wouldn’t need to make a comment in the first place, and you would have responded with a rational argument, not a cartoon.

            ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I didn’t share any cartoon, that was a different guy. I think you mixing us up makes my point quite eloquently tho. Lol.

I bet you still use words like “condescending” when you hear things you don’t like, lol

How strange it must be for you to consider yourself intelligent yet to still have children speak down to you… What an odd experience that must be… how puzzling and strange… Tell me, have you figured out how to tie your own shoes yet?

All you’d have to do is Google what a cartoon is and you’d know that they are right. Its that easy.

I guess you skipped reading the words and went straight to typing a reply. I fail to see how I could have prove your point when instead of a point you made a rant.

You’re right, by my point was about why the difference is important. If you’re clever enough to make this remark, surely you get that. You don’t want a future run by idiots, do you? We all have to live with those people running the world after us. That doesn’t sound great, does it?

So just to be clear: People who ask questions from other people are idiots to you? Seems to me like youre the one in need of asking some questions to stop being a sociopath.

And by the way, I would much rather have the world run by people who engage with others to look for solutions, even if they dont know everything from the start, instead of people who pretend like they are perfect and try to “solve” everything by themselves or with the help of AI (which sounds very much like the US government right now).

Your best counter argument is to make an unverifiable claim as some rando on a public forum where your comment is as meaningless as mine, lmao… The best way to contradict me is to ignore me.

But I guess we can’t all be so clever… ;)

So, tell me… why would anyone believe a word you say?
