Placebo effect. They are the same regardless of egg shell color. What matters more is the health of the chicken. A healthy chicken will produce a stronger shell and a more orange yoke. Though beware of the farmers giving hens food that just changes the color.
I mostly agree, if you pick a brown egg its seems to be more likely to be healthy in most standard groceries where i live. I used to have chickens, I miss those eggs. Had no idea you could feed the chickens so the yolk was darker though.

You should just generally feed chickens though.
