Draw a smiling penis on them.
I’m totally serious - it’s the only thing which undermines them and communicates on the same level as them.
Don’t do all of them at once or it will look like a concerted campaign or one person’s fit of passion. Just do 1 in 20 or so, and draw each one slightly differently. If they are replaced wait a while before defacing the new ones.

I’m very surprised that it isn’t already banned in kids play areas and it definitely should be.
I think pubs should be allowed to decide for themselves about beer gardens though.

Really we should all just be using GNOME Web on a fresh Debian install. It makes me feel relaxed just thinking about it.

I agree - there will probably always be differences and that might be even be acceptable. But extreme differences (like we have currently) are just madness. It’s stupidly inefficient in terms of allocating limited material resources to where they are needed. And the ‘meritocratic’ moral argument quickly falls down once wealth and income differences exceed a fairly modest level. If you claimed that a person like Jeff Bezos has the same productive output as 2.5 million nurses or is 2.5 million times more clever or righteous or whatever, even an 8-year-old would think you have a screw loose.

There is a legal limit of 182 days to hold someone in custody, which is there for obvious and important reasons.

I even have a Latitude running with the Linux-libre kernel 👍

They’ve been in prison until this point. That’s nearly two years in prison without having been found guilty in a trial. The maximum is supposed to be six months.

Elbit Systems have a weapons factory, also in Bristol, which was the site of a break-in by direct action activists who found quadcopter drones used to drop grenades on people in Gaza. The activists were imprisoned without trial.
Direct action like that in the video risks huge personal sacrifice.
I’m not aware of anything currently that both federates and serves as an online store for downloads, although I think this could be cobbled together using WordPress.
Faircamp is good for building a FOSS music site with streaming and downloads though and you can just share a link to your release/s by hand from a fediverse account.
I come here for respite from the cynicism and darkness and would rather not see those kinds of comments. But I don’t know about them being entirely removed in case they contain clarifications or context.
I think commenters should make more of an effort to reflect the tone of the community if they do feel the need to criticise the post and I think mods should put these kind of comments behind a filter like for nsfw posts.
Check out Starlabs - their laptops have Intel processors but use Coreboot as the BIOS with the intel management engine disabled. They’re good with spares and are designed to run Linux. I have one and it runs Debian 13 flawlessly.
