Because the EU is also trying to get it’s own age verification AND they can and have been influenced by policies from the USA as well as manipulated by the same corporations and billionaires that are getting these laws passed not only in USA states but also in other countries as well. Very american point of view. My first thought was “oh dam, someone in a disturbed mental state (tbh I thought suicidal) attempted to jump/jumped and the hospital wants to make sure no one else hurts themselves that way!
