Sucks to be US troops stationed in the Middle East during the temper tantrums. They now have longer and much more expensive logistics supply. Supply that is about to get throttled due to rising Jet fuel and strained due to lack of US Naval investment in merchant Marines.

Will planes get goofy expensive that society goes back to supporting trains?
