I evolved from a monkey.
I want to help the fediverse grow, but I have the tendency to get into arguments and say things in the heat of the moment that I later regret, which I feel is counterproductive to the whole fedigrow thing. So I’m working on trying make sure I have more good vibes around here.

Yeah honestly, there’s no replacement for textbooks, paper and pencil when it comes to learning a new language
Bill C-2, a border bill, failed. It had two sections 14 and 15 that basically gave the cops permission to demand any data from any company in the country about any customer. This included lawyers and doctors.
I remember hearing about this bill. I’m glad to hear that it failed
My sense, as a Canadian, is that Canadians generally don’t like this idea. We wish the best for you guys down there and hope you manage to figure things out, but we don’t really want to get involved
