I have occasional episodes of low blood sugar which cause bradycardia. I don’t know if it’s quite the same for others but for me it’s basically as follows

My body goes into panic mode and I’m borderline dizzy and having a rough time trying to focus on anything

Trying to sit down to do breathing exercises or staring at the phone makes the thoughts race while not being able to latch on to any specific thought in particular

This can last up to 2 hours at times

Takes a while before I manage to put 2 and 2 together and balance my sugar (which in short order gets rid of the bradycardia after about 15 minutes)

No. Mil-spec is an actual certified standard

Military grade is basically just “we made this shit to look like it’d be good as a prop in a movie” no actual standards, just good enough to sorta kinda sometimes work and is made as cheap as possible.
