Never heard of Spirit Airlines until yesterday. Seems people liked it due to the cheap flights.

Here in Europe we have Ryanair for that, but I always feel bad when the only decent price I can find is from Ryanair; they treat their employees like disposable garbage. They were banned from landing in Kastrup for some time because of this.

Usually if I have to pay a little extra to avoid Ryanair, I’ll do it. I hope Spirit Airlines has a better reputation.

Yeah, Starbucks finally has a few places here in Copenhagen, but that was after a few years of simply not getting a hold anywhere; shops that opened, stayed for less than a year, then closed.

The competition here is Joe and the Juice, a local company, and various small privately owned baristas.

Starbucks has some permanent places right now, but they’re still not big. Haven’t heard many people say positive things about them.

I want to set up a Jellyfin local media server. As soon as I get my own apartment I’m going to take a serious crack at hosting my own home server for a lot of my needs.

I got it reversed, it’s spot x bash. But it’s bash script that modifies the spotify client to remove all ads. Doesn’t give you premium features, only removes ads. The script must also be run every time spotify updates.

• I’ve used Firefox with uBlock Origins pretty much as soon as uBlock Origins came out. I’m now using Librewolf.
• Im using a YouTube extention that automatically skips sponsers and adreads.
• I don’t use Google for my searches. Haven’t for over 10 years.
• I use Spotify on my PC, with the Bash Spot X patch.
• My OS is also Linux, so no built-in ads.
• On my phone I have AdAway installed.
• I patched my YouTube app with ReVanced Manager, giving me block against ads, sponsers, and adreads.
• I don’t use Spotify on my phone, instead opting to download music I bought from artists (typically Bandcam) or get through Soulseek.
• I use Firefox on my phone too, with uBlock Origins. Did that for nearly as long as my PC.
• I also don’t use Google for my searches there.

I’m very curious about what my value to Google is, considering all that.

Dude, I’ve been exposed to this bullshit my entire life. You are not going to miraculously change anything by being umpteenth person to tell me to look up shit or “do my own research”.

It’s just tiresome and pathetic.

I know that the Rothschilds are a popular talking point for conspiracy nuts, and whenever I hear the name brought up I must prepare myself for some serious eye rolling exercises.

They operated “in Europe” the same way Apple or Google does. They’re still subject to EU law, and while not infallible, Europe has shown it doesn’t just pave the way for oligarchy the same way the US does.

That’s not so much a theory as it’s just observing what Germany is doing.

They have strict rules on portrayals of Nazis and Nazi symbols that lead them to censor movies, games, comics, and other media. Examples of this include Indiana Jones or Wolfenstein.

The education system is very strict and specific about what it can talk about concerning the world wars and Germany. If you want detailed explanations, I have a few German friends I could ask directly.

I could also ask them to explain how often Germany paid Israel for WWII reperations and how WWII shaped all rhetoric involving Jews.
