We just split responsibilities by our ability and our schedule, and communicate to get it done. Somedays I have more stamina and headspace to do certain things and vice versa… sometimes we give up until tomorrow if it isn’t urgent. It’ll get done one way or another, and then we can goof off a bit together.

1·7 days agoYeah, I have 1Gb fiber but all of my equipment is old and none of it can even utilize the entire Gb. I only keep it because I got a deal on it when they first ran fiber, had issues with someone severing the fiber to my house (like 12 times when “gardening”), and now I’m grandfathered-in to a cheaper price… so I keep it for whenever I do upgrade something. Which should be soon, if I ever get back to setting up my home server

0·11 days agoHey ‘just a bot’
What’s the point that you say I’m illustrating? Honestly? I have ignorance that I strive to eliminate; What am I missing that you’re trying to say?
I claimed your <2 day old account is advocating the “pointless-ness of voting”, and being divisive (about people electing a 16 year power out of office). You said my comment “illustrated your point”, and ended your comment with a clown emoji (insinuating I’m a clown… for???)
What is your point that I illustrated? ELI5

0·12 days agoSo “voting is irrelevant”, the (less than) two-day-old account implies
Seriously, can we have a “cool-down” period, between registering an account and posting a comment? It’s not a perfect solution, but fuck… it might make shit like this less persistent. One should at least have to work/lurk for it; my fucking god these divisive comments from brand new accounts are pathetic

And what? Chicken butt
