Even before the current AI boom, giant corporations were limiting hiring, overworking andstressing retail workers, spreading them too thin, and forcing them to juggle babysitters, etc. Keeping them from being able to contact anyone isn’t “prioritizing retail” and it’s not “promoting customer service”.
I feel like that’s on you for not having carpeted walls.
