Just watched this last night. Ironically, I kept skipping over it because of the thumbnail of a grumpy Dan. Then there was the part of the video of the Mr Beast production team thinking of the thumbnail first then making the video from the thumbnail. It’s a concept so counter intuitive and yet encapsulated the whole Mr Beast thing so well.

What models exactly? And what kind of hardware do you need to run them? Also, are there any GitHub repos that replicate Claude projects?
