Sex drive, while a strong biological impulse in most people, is nowhere NEAR as powerful or persuasive as we are conditioned to believe. Its almost entirely cultural and formed from Movies, Porn, Advertising and just about every other media artificially elevating it.

Everything, from lighter fare like niche fetish communities, to dark shit like rape, sexual violence and, in some cases misogynistic violence aimed just at women in general, is escalated and enabled by a mass permission structure where we all are just told, and to some extent believe, that Sex is SO powerful. Men become easily manipulated puppets to demonic seductresses. Sexuality can damage reasoning ability. Without sexual release men inevitably become violent brutes. A million other stupid, widely believed things. They have a kernel of truth obviously but they are exaggerated in the extreme, usually to excuse poor behavior by men who are trained from a young age that they not only can, but should turn into a drooling gorilla at the sight of tits.

The internet isnt horny. Men aremt primarily sex-driven. Its all an artificial cultural construct designed to promote bad behavior.

Too stupid to be intimidated, I’d say.

Its only admirable because the people he is in opposition of are even more shady and incompetent. A good lesson in choosing the right enemy.

From your lips to God’s ears, gentle Albertan. I’m out in Ontario and get wildly different takes on how “serious” the Separatist movement is. Some people report is as you say, some say it’s “gaining traction”. Highly suspect sources go further, claiming the idea is popular. Even screening out Post Media, there are journalists reporting it as a “very real threat due to institutional support in the Premier’s office”.

For the record, and I know I’m not the first to say it, this woman committed NO crime. She didn’t overstay a visa, she didn’t protest illegally. She wrote something the administration didn’t like.

For that, she was arrested by 8 masked officers in the middle of the street, in broad daylight. She was thrown in the back on an unmarked SUV. She’s received no legal representation. No trial. Not even charges, because again, she committed no crime.

Americans, you realize you’re watching the death of your rights and the rule of law, right? You have no illusions about the fact that you are defenseless? There is no longer any guardrail between you and an El Salvadoran prison camp. In something that reminds me very much of Stalin, an accusation is now a conviction.
