I know its an american trope to measure things in ‘school busses’ or ‘empire state buildings’, but this is a really good arbitrary measurement!
TL; DR thanks, I hate it.

Its much closer to a Dropbox/google cloud folder with game installers in it than it is to some of the other suggestions.
Like Steam or Epic or GOG, you click download, and it downloads the game files and installer, which you can then use to play the game.
So in the case of ROMs you would be better off with the other options, as this would just download the ROM file, and you would then have to figure out your own emulation situation from there.
Gameyfin might be close to what you are looking for, my friends and I use it for our DRM free games.

How do you go drifting in the winter? That is quite common in my circles in Manitoba Canada. Lots of us grow up assuming that the e-brake is for drifting on ice (also largely because of how devastatingly flat the prairies are).

Learned about this the other day and gave it a whirl, worked great, felt reminiscent of old school iPod jailbreaking shenanigans, but I had no issues. Easier (in a way) than adb!

I felt like they were very similar in my very anecdotal, and only a few months each experience with them.
These days I am using Ecosia, as it has similar still search, like the others it also claims not to sell my search and personal info, and supposedly they plant more trees / do more environmental stuff if more people use Ecosia, so I figured why not. Seems fine so far.

Looks nicer, has a significantly easier to recommend name. “You want me to do what with a duck?” Startpage’s name is more intuitive.
This is exactly why I use and recommend Gnome. Less fiddling around and it does powerful stuff for me, and for others it is quick to learn and its simplicity makes it hard(er) to get lost in the details.
