The allegations relate to misconduct. While obviously the events occurred, the question is around if they as individuals have any culpability or if it’s purely the company which should carry the liability. If they acted in a reasonable manner in relation to how it unfolded, they would be innocent of misconduct.
If they actively tried to suppress any fixes and took advantage of the CSAM etc to make profit, then they would probably face criminal charges.
The reality likely falls closer to the innocent/minor misconduct.
