Edit: just realised I gave relative carbon costs, not just the feed costs, like you referenced. Apparently from a feed perspective chickens are 2:1.
And Beef is 7:1, so yet again beef is the bull in the china shop.
Is it chicken farmers we need though? Growing chicken takes more food than it produces.
