I wouldn’t draw conclusions based on this code.
They haven’t scrapped the steam machine, but there is not much in the way of price reduction in the parts affected which caused the postponement anyway.
That being said even if they released this thing at $3000 there would be a line of worshippers and scalpers to buy them out. Hasn’t seemed like they wanted to go this route though and price it in line with what part prices are.
