Authorities say a planned fight among young people escalated into a shooting at a North Carolina park Monday morning that left two teenage boys dead and five other people injured.
I graduated in 2015. There weren’t fights like this (or like the kind that apparently happened for everyone else) when I was in high school.
But I have known some dumb high school kids in recent years, who do this kind of dumb shit. I actually just in the last two weeks, heard about or witnessed a group of teenagers getting the cops called on them for gathering in local fast food parking lots to do their dumb shit.
At the very least take it out to a damn field, like civilized idiots.
