Cambridge analytica, myanmar, lots of people have suffered. Zucc and team were shit early i can’t believe people still use their spyware and let their kids be manipulated. But, back to the point, I’ve met people that work for Meta directly or under acquired companies that are doing beneficial stuff and making a good living doing it, including open-source development and accessibility research/development. You can be hardline but not everything is so black and white.
