It’s a single butcher shop in the whole country and what they’re doing is literally illegal. There are no bromatology processes to ensure that this type of meat is safe for human consumption because it’s not approved by our national organisms. You literally cannot legally sell donkey meat in the country.
The only reason most news stories are about people in “Argentina” consuming this is engagement. That’s it. If the title were “single butcher shop in Argentina sells illegal meat to offer lower prices” then people might not be as interested.
