Some corporations are so predatory that it’s a moral good to harm them in any way we can, including theft.
Not stealing from anyone is a cornerstone of many moral and ethical systems for a reason, but morally, it’s far more excusable to steal from a corporation that steals from its employees and pays less taxes (percentage wise) than you do.
Never steal from working folks. They might make a little more than you do, but stealing from them means you’re taking food out of their children’s mouths, or at least taking money out of their children’s college funds. Don’t do it.
Theft is theft. You mean wrong from ethical or law point of view?
If you talk of punishment, then it’s from law point of view so there is no difference.
Ethically, well, that depends, if you hurt the bottom line of a billionaire or if you get a store damage that reflects on the lower employees, like repaying the theft value.

It is wrong to steal.
Stealing from a megacorp is a net positive action. By weakening the megacorp you benefit humanity.
Doesn’t make it any less illegal, but in a moral sense it is a good thing.
It’s downright laudable to “steal” from major corpos. Whether it’s ethical to steal from a mom and pop shop is an “it depends” kind of situation. (I definitely know of small local businesses in my area that are run by absolute shit-bags.) And punishment isn’t the right way for society to deal with antisocial behaviors among its inhabitants. (Not that stealing (particularly by a pro-capitalist’s definition) is necessarily “antisocial”.)
