A lot of people as I understand it work for the state in an effort to keep their communities functioning, so their oaths mean more than just a paycheck but that loyalty still has it’s limits when you can’t eat and have bills to pay.

Hot take: if your company needs a bailout it’s no longer a private company and belongs to people as a public service and is regulated as such.
